Learn the job demands and requirements of a Sheet Metal Installer by observing, training and completing tasks all while being supervised by a Sheet Metal Foreman. Success of this position results in efficient yet accurate installations.

Employee occasionally organizes tasks, accountabilities and deadlines. Must be able to anticipate problems that may impede work and communicate changes and progress effectively.
  • Must be able to operate specialized equipment requiring training, such as man lift, fork lift, sheet metal fabrication tools.
  • Must have intermediate written and oral skills to understand agreements, issues, requirements, or conversation to prevent miscommunication. Actively listens and solicits information and feedback from a wide variety of sources, such as co-workers, contractors, homeowners, etc. Negotiates respectively and effectively with co-workers, supervisors, contractors, and homeowners. Must be able to resolve conflict, including seeking management for assistance.
